• We have strict management with access control systems. Only warehouse personnel with authority can enter the premises.

How Does Your Supplier Consolidation Service Save On My Overall Shipping Costs?

If you transport small volumes of goods from different suppliers separately, it will lead to multiple minimum freight charges, local fees, and customs clearance costs.

DFH Logistics offers consolidation services to collect all your orders in the warehouse and pack them into a unified shipment. We support Less than Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) for different volumes of your final package.

Are There Any Hidden Fees After the 15-Day Free Warehousing Period Expires?

There is no hidden fee at all. DFH Logistics believes in 100% price transparency. 

Your first 15 days of warehousing are free. We give you ample time for supplier consolidation. After the free period expires, we will charge a daily storage fee. This storage fee will be clearly stated before you place your order. It is charged purely by the actual volume (per Cubic Meter / CBM), and will not add any unexpected management fee to your bill.

How Do You Perform the Quantity and Quality Inspection? What if My Goods Are Defective?

Our warehousing team will check the quantity of your goods after they arrive at the warehouse.  In this way, we ensure the amount is aligned with your packing list. As for quality control,  we also check the exterior packing and open the packing to inspect the goods’ condition. In this process, we take photos and videos for you to check. 

If your goods are defective or have any discrepancies with your packing list and cargo description, we will suspend handling your goods and inform you at once. You can coordinate with your supplier before export, and we will handle the goods according to your instructions.

How Long Is Your Turnaround Time for FBA Prep and Relabeling Once Cargo Arrives?

It usually takes 24 to 48 hours from the moment your goods are checked into our facility. Once we receive your precise storage list and Amazon labeling instructions, our e-commerce team will begin the process at once.

The whole process includes unpacking, inspecting, relabeling, and palletizing your goods based on Amazon’s strict fulfillment requirements. 

For the massive scale of goods or peak seasons (such as Christmas), this process may extend to 72 hours.
