For consolidation orders with multiple suppliers and specific cross-border demands, we offer precise and optimized warehouse routing and extensive last-mile coverage. If you are looking for a simple logistics solution, tell us your cargo type and addresses to get a customized quote.

National coverage in China. We have a strong domestic trucking network. From the coastal area to the inland manufacturing centers, we can pick up your goods from your suppliers’ sites in 24 to 48 hours.

Full coverage of both commercial hubs and e-commerce delivery, like Amazon FBA warehouses. We are familiar with the appointment scheduling of the e-commerce platform, and guarantee timely delivery to the warehouse to avoid demurrage charges.

Real-time tracking during delivery. The trucks are equipped with GPS. We offer milestone tracking updates at every stage of the shipping process. You can clearly see which state or service station your cargo is in. We also have scheduled trucking routes to ensure timely delivery for long distances.

Expertise in intermodal and cross-border delivery. Familiar with regulations in the delivery process. For example, we arrange direct transit cargo after unboarding at the port without a second time customs clearance at the port. With our bonded trucking service, we ensure your cargo is safely delivered to inland customs clearance depots with full compliance.

Can You Pick Up Goods From Multiple Suppliers Located in Different Cities in China?
Yes, we can. DFH Logistics has a strong domestic trucking network in China. It covers the major manufacturing centers in China, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo, Yiwu, and Shanghai.
We can coordinate with all your suppliers, pick up goods from different factories, and consolidate them in our nearest warehouse. In this way, we can easily arrange unified international shipments.
What Happens if a Supplier Delays the Ready Date? Will It Affect My Entire Shipment?
No, it won’t. Once the delay happens, we will inform you immediately and offer flexible solutions.
We can store your goods in our warehouse for several days and wait for the delayed goods. We can also ship the ready goods first to meet your schedule, and deliver the delayed goods with the next batch.
Without your final confirmation, we will never ship any of your cargo.
Are There Any Limitations on Carton Sizes or Weights for Your Pickup and Final-Mile Delivery?
No. From small parcels to oversized industrial equipment, our fleets can handle goods of all sizes.
If you choose international express couriers or standard trucks for your final-mile delivery, such as Amazon FBA delivery, we suggest you consider the sizes and weights. In these cases, every carton has specific limitations on weight and size. Otherwise, it will bring additional fees.
If the size or weight of your cargo is over the limits, we suggest palletization or specialized heavy-haul delivery to ensure safety and save costs.
Is There a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or Minimum Volume Required to Use Your Pickup Service?
We don’t have a strict limit on minimum order quantity. From several cartons to multiple containers of cargo (FCL), DFH Logistics arranges suitable vehicles for pickup and last-mile delivery.
From SOHO entrepreneurs to large corporations, we support businesses of all sizes. But shipping in consolidation or larger volumes brings more competitive pricing per kilogram.
How Long Does Each Stage of Pickup and Delivery Take?
Below is the estimated timeline for pickup, cargo consolidation, customs clearance, international shipping, and final-mile delivery.
| Pickup and Delivery Timeline | ||
| Shipping Stage | Service Details | Estimated Time |
| Supplier Coordination | Contact suppliers and confirm cargo readiness | Same day |
| Local Cargo Pickup | Truck pickup from factories in China | 24–48 hours |
| Cargo Inspection | Packaging and quantity inspection with photo updates | Within 24 hours after arrival |
| Cargo Consolidation | Combine cargo from multiple suppliers | 1–3 days |
| Export Documentation | Prepare shipping and customs documents | 1–2 working days |
| International Transportation | Sea freight, air freight, railway, or express delivery | Depends on shipping mode |
| Destination Customs Clearance | Import customs processing | 1–5 working days |
| Final-Mile Delivery | Delivery to warehouse, Amazon FBA, or business address | 1–3 working days |
How Do You Coordinate With My Suppliers? Do I Need to Coordinate the Communication?
No, you don’t need to coordinate the communication at all. In the pickup process, you only need to provide us with your suppliers’ contact details and the expected ready dates. We will directly contact your suppliers and arrange the pickup schedule. You can relax and wait for our updates throughout the entire process.
What Happens if My Goods Are Damaged or Lost During the Local Pickup or Final-Mile Delivery?
If the damage happens during our shipments, we will take full responsibility for it. During the pickup process, our drivers inspect the external packaging. When your goods arrive at our hub, we also take photos. If any accident happens during transit, we will assist you through our streamlined claims process using our insurance to compensate you without delay.
Are There Any Extra Fees if My Supplier Makes Your Pickup Truck Wait at the Factory?
It depends on the waiting time. DFH Logistics provides a reasonable free waiting period. It is commonly 2 to 3 hours based on the vehicle type. If the waiting time is over the free allowance due to supplier-related delays, we may add a truck detention fee.
To eliminate this situation, our pickup team contacts your supplier one day before dispatching our trucks. In this way, we ensure your suppliers are fully prepared for the pickup operation.
