Can You Arrange Pickup From Suppliers in China?

Yes. You don’t need to arrange domestic delivery in China. We can directly pick up your goods from your suppliers’ factory or warehouse. 

If you purchase from multiple suppliers, our pickup service is very convenient. We can collect your goods from different provinces in China and consolidate them into one container in our warehouse. 

Can You Handle Amazon Labels and Warehouse Appointments?

Yes, we can. For Amazon FBA shipments, we will inspect your goods with FBA labeling and arrange delivery with FBA warehouse requirements. This reduces communication problems and allows your inventory to arrive with the required shipment information.

What Information Is Required for a Shipping Quotation?

To offer your quotation, we need information including cargo type, carton dimensions, total weight, shipment quantity, pickup location, and destination country. Precise information allows us to make you a suitable transit solution and offer you a practical cost estimate.

What Types of Goods Are Commonly Shipped to Amazon FBA Warehouses?

Many Amazon sellers transport their products, including household products, consumer goods, toys, sports accessories, pet supplies, office products, and electronic accessories, to Amazon warehouses.

How Do I Choose Between Palletized and Carton Shipments?

It depends on the cargo dimension, quantity, and warehouse requirements. Small volume goods are suitable for cartons, and large volume goods are ideal for palletization.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Can You Check My Goods for Damage Before They Leave China?

Yes, we can. We inspect your goods when they reach our warehouse. Our warehouse team will inspect the quality and quantity. If there is any damage, such as a broken carton, we will inform you right away for further instructions. We also take photos and videos of your goods. If your goods have any issues, we will solve them before shipments.

What if My Factory’s Packaging Doesn’t Meet Amazon’s Rules?

DFH Logistics will fix it. Many cartons from suppliers in China don’t meet the Amazon standards. We offer professional FBA prep services to make Amazon fulfillment. We replace your soft cartons from the supplier with heavy-duty boxes. We also apply FNSKU barcodes and add Amazon warehouse labels to your goods.

Do You Build Pallets for Amazon Shipments?

Yes, we do. Large or heavy goods often need to be palletized. We build, wrap, and strap pallets strictly following the Amazon warehouse regulations. For example, we use 1165 mm*1165 mm-sized pallets for Australian shipments, and use 1200mm*800mm-sized pallets for European shipments. 

Can I Ship Electronic Products With Built-in Batteries?

Yes. Electronic products with lithium batteries, such as earphones, smart watches, and small appliances, are sensitive goods. DFH has secure, dedicated shipping channels for battery goods. You can provide us with the MSDS or UN38.3 report to confirm.

What Happens if My Cargo Is Lost or Delayed by Customs?

We highly recommend you purchase cargo insurance to protect against the unpredictable risks during shipping. If your cargo is lost or damaged, we will contact the insurance company instantly and get your compensation in the shortest possible time. If customs delays happen due to our mishandling of customs paperwork, we will compensate you based on our agreed service terms.
